Shop policies

PACKAGING:
Smaller artworks are packaged flat, with tissue and backing boards to keep the work rigid and protected. Posters and large prints are sent in a rigid tube. All 3D items will be wrapped with bubble and other packing materials suitable to each individual item. We can gift wrap and enclose a small gift card, by request. 


POSTAGE; Your order will be sent from West Yorkshire, UK. We are happy to ship worldwide on most products. We send all orders within 1-3 business days. All artworks valued £50 or more (not including postage charge) will be sent via a trackable/insured service. All other orders will be sent via standard mail: first class in the UK. If you require a tracking number for a package sent overseas, please contact us to arrange this at extra cost to you. If you have any questions, please contact us before purchase.


RETURNS/REFUNDS: 
We hope you are happy with your order. If you have any problems at all with receiving an order, or are unhappy with an item ordered, please contact us.

What forms of payment do we accept?
 We gladly accept payments through PayPal, we also accept payments via Stripe.

CUSTOMS CHARGES.
Please be aware customers outside UK may be charged import fees by their local customs offices. Customers are responsible for paying these charges.
