Condition: Fair with some age related edge bumps, the dust jacket is worn in places and has a few areas of discolouration. There is some mild foxing on some of the pages but the lithographs are in nice condition. Published in 1948.
Copy B: NO dust jacket. Condition: Fair with some age related edge rubbing and corner bumps. There is an inscription on the frontispiece. First edition published in May 1938.
